Yes, you can register a 10-day demo SBProX account directly from the platform. Download the platform, launch SBProX, click "Register demo", enter your email and click "Register". After a while, you will receive an email with access data for the 10 day demo account. Demo registration is possible only once. Repeated demo registrations are not possible.
Как оплатить аккаунт SBProX?
Select a tariff on the "Prices" page, click "Buy", and in the payment form be sure to specify the email to which your SBProX account will be registered. Immediately after successful payment, an email with login and password, as well as links to instructions on how to connect and configure the platform will be automatically sent to the specified email.
Оплатил аккаунт, письмо не пришло, что делать?
First check your spam folder in your inbox, sometimes emails get there for some reason. If you have paid for a platform license and have not received an email with access data, please contact us in any of the ways. Don't forget to specify the time of payment, the email specified during the purchase, and the details from which the payment was made (card number and bank statement of successful transaction).
Мне не понравилась платформа, могу ли я вернуть деньги?

Можно ли переоформить аккаунт на другого человека?
К сожалению, изменить email, на который зарегистрирован Ваш аккаунт SBProX, нельзя. Email аккаунта неизменно привязывается к вашему аккаунту SBPro.
Если Вы не согласны с данным условием, не приобретайте платформу.
У меня MAC OS, смогу ли я использовать SBProX?
Yes, you can use the platform on mac os through virtual machines with Windows OS (starting from Windows 10 or 11) installed on them. See the "System requirements" for more information.
Почем у с карты списалась сумма больше чем указано?
Отличие между суммой на платежной странице и фактической суммой списания с клиента может возникать из-за разницы между украинским коммерческим курсом и коммерческим курсом банка-эмитента плательщика. Расхождение иногда достигает 30%. Также она может увеличиться еще на 10% из-за валютных рисков. Банк-эмитент может заведомо занижать курс, чтобы защитить себя от убытков в случае резкого изменения курса на период проведения платежа.
При оплате через Google Pay или Apple Pay, куда приходят данные аккаунта?
Если Вы оплачиваете с помощью Google Pay или Apple Pay, данные аккаунта придут на email, который привязан к вашей учетной записи Google Pay или Apple Pay.
Можно ли приобретать аккаунт, если не истек срок действия текущего аккаунта?
Да, можно. При приобретении аккаунтов, период действия аккаунта будет суммироваться, при условии, что уже куплен платный аккаунт, и что аккаунт приобретается на тот же email.
